Your trainer will be there for you to show you and tell you how to correctly execute your personalized workout, while your group will motivate and encourage you to meet your goals. Get ready to move better and feel healthier than ever before. One personal trainer for 1-6 clients.

 

Circuit Training

 

Circuit Training will build lean muscle mass and improve your overall strength, endurance and power through a combination of high intensity training, intervals and functional strength training.  Your movements and intensity will be modified to fit your starting point and ability. You will see results with hard work and consistency.

Youth Development Training

 

The program is designed to help evolving athletes build a solid athletic foundation and gain the confidence they need to excel in their sport(s). Each workout consists of a combination of mobility, strength, speed, agility, and endurance work. We place a strong emphasis on proper training techniques, and help athletes develop functional movement patterns in order to achieve their highest athletic potential while reducing their risk of injury.
